    thanks meritros, it works fine now. I was unaware that you couldn't call upon asp pages that way. When I use localhost through the address bar it works great. Thanks again, my headache is gone now

    yes it is in my wwwroot directory. Right now I am just going to that directory, right clicking and opening with internet explorer.
