ME help menu!

WordPerfect 2002
When I tried to print out an envelope on wordperfect 2002, I get nothing but little dots or something that doesn't make any sense. It will not print addresses on envelopes. If I use Microsoft Word to print on envelopes it works perfectly. How can I get WordPerfect 2002 to print on envelopes...- Sir713
