Winows 2000 PDC, Samba file server, XP client
I have a Windows 2000 PDC with several clients connected to it, windows2000, XP and XPSP1. I am also running a samba server on the network 2.2.7a. The windows2000 and XP clients can connect to Samba without any problems but the only way the XP SP1 client can connect is if I use the ip address...- GogglesP

That didn't work. I am using a windows 2000 PDC and I have a Samba server that is part of the domain. All of computers on the network are able to access the Samba box, including the Windows server. The windows XP sp1 computer that I use needs to use the ip to get into a share. The error... -
