    Netscape submit form is slow

    When I use form.submit() in Netscape, it seems to take a long time for the server to reply. IE works instantly. More interestingly, if I follow form.submit() with an alert(), Netscape will return instantly as well. Anyone ever seen this or know a workaround? THANKS!!!
