    The centralized VM does work. Documentation on how to configure it is poor. BTW: Last I checked, most of second level was located in the US. Almost half, but not quite, is in Canada.

    Does this happen all the time. If it happens in the moring after a call or two has come in it could be a setting on the CO switch. Ask the CO if they are running 4ESS, if so have them turn off B-channel services, they call it BCAS. The setting will cause the lines to go out of service...

    Try setting up remote packages for the PRI line so you can access the PSTN lines.

    If you have a newer version of 0x32. It will be under system prgrming/dialing plan/dial time out.
