Thanks again Mr.fcpli.The reason why I asked if it was the correct address is that we also use time break recall. If the value for "on hook" was 00 ms,then surely TBR would never work?
Would it involve setting a RODDI for the prefix digits, and letting the call trombone and then optimise? Also a RONDI would have to be programmed to give the correct CLI information???? Am I close?!!!
I've checked it Mr.fcpli and it is r2a.I've checked a few more sites and the value for 7F2 in all of them is 00.Are you sure it's the right address? Is there a seperate address for flash timer?Cheers for the help so far.
Thanks fcpli.Assuming you can also read the data using SACOP (I'm new to these SA commands)......
The command SACOP:UNIT=ELDP,LIM=ALL,SECTOR=REL,ADDR=7F2,gives the value in 7F2 as 00.Surely this can't be correct?Any more info much appreciated.
Thanks SYAR,that's what I'm looking for,the diference between "flash" and "hang up".System is BC9 CNA 85.It's obviously not changeable in ASPAC,any idea of which programme unit controls this timer?Analogue extension,no trunks involved.Any more info much appreciated thanks.
Can anybody tell me how long an analogue extension actually has to be "on hook" for the system to recognise the call has been hung up?I can't find this in Dynatext. Thanks in advance.
Mr Patcher, maybe the site doesn't have an operator. Also, the ISDN 30 can have an alternate route enabling the users to dial out.If the exchange isn't in a manned building,an audio or visual indication will be no use.
The alarm output of the MD110 can be extended to an auto dialler that...
The particular fault I'm looking at is calls cutting off after (what's looks like) an attempt at optimisation.I've seen one call take up 13 channels i.e 7 outgoing and 6 incoming trunks.I'll be looking at it in more depth later in the week and I'll update you.
I've got problems with Teleware kit connected to an ISLX via DPNSS.I've been in touch with Teleware and they've told me that Teleware doesn't support route optimisation.
Are you getting calls tromboning up and down the channels?
