It's not a NIC issue - the connectivity to the mainframe never drops out, and Internet access is fine. It's a domain authentication problem.- ms2u

Arrgh! I've even disabled account lockout entirely, but still get users calling every day. They suddenly can't access a mapped network drive. I'm using the checked build of netlogon.dll, which logs much more than Event Viewer. It shows lots of 0xC000006A messages (invalid password) - while...- ms2u

We seem to be having the same problem here: accounts get locked out, sometimes when they are in session (suddenly getting a prompt for a password when trying to print, or suddenly can't save a file to the home drive).
