Work in Progress Folder
I have confirmed with the user that the oldest message was dated 2/24/03. Our cleanup maintenance for the In Box is set to delete anything older than 90 days and Sent Items is set to delete anything older than 14 days. However, the items are not in the Trash either.- TerryBrown

Work in Progress Folder
Anyone seen a problem in GW6 with items mysteriously disappearing from the Work in Progress folder? I have a user who said that she had 15-20 items in the folder and she now only has 10. She did not send any of the items.- TerryBrown
