This is actually inside a subreport, and I have another subreport just after this one...

You are correct. I'm using text box with an IIF(X=Y,A,"") as a Control Source, and when it fails it introduces the extra space. To be more detailed, I have 3 boxes like that in the same row ..:)
I tried to put nothing instead of the "" but still got the extra...

You can create the stuff in XLS and import it to MS-ACCESS using File->Import...
Another idea - if this info repeats for the whole column, consider to simply create additonl table with this info as row and link them. This is probably the correct solution, you'll avoid duplicate...

Anyone has an idea how to get rid of extra line spaces in a report? I need to do it after the report is done, not by editing it in a design mode - cause the extra space lines are created dynamically and you can see them only in preview or print modes.

Anyone knows how to reference a subreport control or control attribute? either from a VB code defined for event on the main report (e.g. on page) or for event on the subreport (e.g. on open ) is fine. Something like:

Anyone knows why Microsoft Script Editor does not work? All I get is the frame with no content (I do as they say - open access page in design mode, select an object, right-click and select Microsoft Script Editor .. :)
