    Can't connect to LAN

    I can't connect to LAN.i must use DHCP, but jave no contact with network= ip 169.x.x.x my settings work in office, but not at home using the same network. socket is ok. i have win98.perhaps something with protocol.ini or ethernet frame? thanx
