Application using network drive for files
Actually, the app opens without a problem going to the network share. The problem comes into play when the user needs to open a file. The file location screen does not show the mapped drive so they are unable to open any files.- brandonrosas

I have not set up mapped drives through a logon script for any users. This is the first such application I have needed to do this on simply because the application only allows me to browse drives, not the Network Neighborhood. I do not have this problem with any of my other apps where files are...- brandonrosas

Problem seeing mapped network directory from client machines when using prosystem FX application through Citrix. Client does not see the Citrix server's mapped network drive and therefore cannot access the files. I need to find a way to give certain employees access to the server's mapped drive...- brandonrosas
