    Outlook deletes one attachment, creates copy of another

    Try emailing this question to dcramer@smartsolutionsonline.com (contact at iManage), or call 216.765.1122 x201 (It seems like an iManage issue--there is no way for Outlook to create a Word document from a .pdf, for example.)

    Guest Account Desktop Files Win 2K

    Microsoft's suggested solution, from their website: (1) Log in as administrator and add the user to the local Workstation Group--log out. (2) Log back in--now as the user, and Windows will create and save a profile for that user, even though they are a guest.
