can not search from address bar
I cannot search from the address bar. I have checked the settings from the search button and they are where they need to be. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am running Windows XP with IE6. I am using quick search and have a short cut for google set to "goo" I would type...- norton11

Sorry about the delay .... I want to thank everyone for your help. As I said this system also has novell on it and I found that even though it showed the right NIC in IPCONFIG and an IP it was using the other NIC so setting the right NIC and renewing fixed the prob.. Again thanks for all the help.- norton11

Thank you all very much. I found that in IP config it was using the wrong NIC and even though when the correct one was set it would show connected IP address ect you have to release / renew. After that all works fine. Thanks Again. -

Ok where to start? My buddy was installing a wiresless network (D-link di-614+) The install on the desktop went fine. When installing on the laptop (that also has Novell on it) The install went well also and he connected to the new network fine. The next day when he put in the cardbus adapter... -
