    sendmail problem null host name in signature.

    Aix server and no mail is send out anymore. mqueue gets filled and the mailq message reads : deliver: null host name in signature. Anybody ?? Thanks in advance

    rc.bsdnet and hostname

    Aix 4.3 hostname question. rc.bsdnet contains the hostname aoot.austin.ibm.com setting. Changing the hostname after reboot is okay but has next reboot sets it back to aoot.austin etc.. Can anyone tell me why this rc.bsdnet is executed ?? Thanks
