floppy drive problems
Hi, Just fitted a new floppy dive because my friends old one would not reconise any discs,now the new drive will not recognise any discs either.Could it be a driver/firmware issue? He has an old pentium 3 dell system , do not know the m/board or bios I am afraid. Any info much appreciated.- pez421

windows will not recognise new hard drive.
Hi, I am trying to install a new seagate barracuda 7200 60gig drive,and slave it to my exsisting 20gig drive.Upon installing and f/disking and formating windows does not recognise the new drive.Bois accepts that it is there but when i go to my computer the new drive is not there! my...- pez421
