Have I said lately how great this site is????
The combining worked like a dream. I will put in in Excel for the staff using it and will keep in Access for me.

Need it to be all in one place, be it Access or exported to Excel, for...
Hello - I have a many many page word document that has certain places info needs to be entered. In six of those places the info is exactly the same as the very first entry. I have placed fields for tabbing to the entries, but is there a way for the ones that are the same as the first, to...

FoxPro- ""can't determine what action- misspelled- punctuation incorrect-procedure isn't defined"". It is spelled correctly. The others - I am clueless - just learning code.

It doesn't change until you go to the next record. I can go back a record and then go back and it is changed. But not while I am still on the original record. It isn't the last field on the form though.
Yippeeeee yooooooo - it works. Brackets - amazing what punctuation will do. Is it possible to make it change immediately instead of waiting until you go to the next record?
You are the bestest !
Thanks

Tried but not working. Syntax error. I tried it with the spaces in the words and without. Either comes up with that error or saying parameters don't match. Variables error. I put it in the Current Rating before update line. What am I doing or not doing?? I don't understand code enough...
The question is confusing. Okay - When a department gets inspected, the rating has to be entered in the Current Rating field. Which in turn makes the Previous Rating field be the rating that was in the Current Rating Field before the new rating was entered. Golly Pete, reading that makes me...
Hello everybody - here goes...

I have several users that use and share various Access
databases. They range in size from 200 K to 25 mb. The
problem is they open at a snails pace or not at all
(leaving the app. or the whole machine locked up). My
server seems to run fine in that other docs (Word,Excel,
Powerpoint); seem...

Thanks...
