    There is a shareware program WinRescue that does a great job of backing up critical files and multiple registry configurations and save by name or date.These backups are much more reliable than MS restore options. Goto http://superwin.com/rescue.htm

    Win Me "Save as"

    The first time I try the "save as" command-- the file saves in tempory internet files regardless of the selection. This occurs mostly from graphics/photo applications. Is there a default save as location that can be changed.
