What is the limit on table names in Oracle 8.1.7?
Simple question... can anyone tell me what the limit is on table names for Oracle 8.1.7? I know that we are supposed to limit the table name to 23 characters if, in the future we would like to use Oracle replication. But is this limit just a suggestion or is it, in fact the limit?
