    Using Netscape 4.8 when accessing Ebay URL the A drive chatters for perhaps 30 seconds before the page loads. Using Netscape 7 or IE 6 does not have the problem. This is a recent phenomena - Uninstalled 4.8 and made clean download and install with same result ONLY when going to the Ebay URL...
