We have an older Phaser 850 that has the following error: Printer error-contact service. Report Fault: 07.004.46.64452 I believe this may be the drum clutch, but I'm looking for more info. If anyone could identify what we need to do to repair, we would be very grateful. Service is very...- Fachowna
