I have tried Easy Cd Creator 4.0, / Direct CD, on Windows 2000. After a few problems installing, its fine. The tricks are as follows: 1. How can I detect a CD rom Drive?
I wish to create a method of automatically restoring a PC from CD. OK, so I create a boot cd, but then I must detect which is the CDrom Drive. I can(using Bios.h) detect the drives, but not the type eg CDrom as against a hard drive.How can i do this???- johncob
