    I solved my problem! Seems that my firewall was blocking my email! I made no changes to my machine except getting a new DSL provider. I never touched a setting for the Firewall or Internet Explorer. Go figure...but thanks to anyone who was thinking about this.

    I am using IE 6 and yes I am actually getting signed in. I am able to access everything else (I tried paypal and it came up). I just changed DSL service from Direct TV DSL to Earthlink. I got connected to Earthlink on 1/18 and this is when the problem started. My email accounts were no problem...

    I can't seem to find anything on the HP site about cleaning rollers on the 930C or any 900 series printer for that matter. I could clean them from the top, but was wondering if there was another way? Thanks
