    desperate compaq presario 56K-DF modem!!!!

    hi, I have a compaq presario 1245. it usually works with win98. I have upgraded it to win 2000 pro. When I check my hardware with the wizard, it gives me an error (code 19) in my modem. i need a fast solution for this problem. any suggestions?
