    Lost movement in GIF's

    I belong to a forum that uses little emoticons - everyone can see them move - but me - I have tried everything I can think of to sort this out. This morning I uninstalled shockwave player and they worked until I rebooted - then nothing, they just sit there - still!! I would love some ideas on this.

    I have tried doing what Eudora suggests - but can't get it to work. How does one change the pure voice qcp files into wav files. It says hit shift alt C - but I must be doing something wrong. Thanks for any help

    Giot it to work - but not great - it imported all the 'aliases' UGH :-( With all the editing to do - might have been easier to enter them all in one by one - there's ove 300 of them :-( Is there an easier way?
