Thanks, yea I changed the dial 9 short codes to send the LDN to the called party. I'm not getting CLI when my customer is called over there LD T1. I didn't think there would be any programing on my part other than to direct the call via the incomming call route.
Thanks for the reply. Can you expand on the type of button I would create for this calling group? His 1st assigned DID going to his ext he is fine with. The second DID is the one he would like to ring to a seperate button. I can point the 2nd DID number to a calling group but how would I program...
Just installed an IP412 with 2pri T'1s. The local T has DID comming over. The president wants to have a second DID # ring to his ext but on a seperate button (not his own ext appearance). Any thoughts on how to do this?

Just installed a IP412 with 2 PRI T1's, one local and one long distance. Caller id works with the numbers comming over the local T but not over the LD T. Only # comming over the LD T is an 800#. The display shows the word "Outside" which I assumne is the default when no or unknown...
