    Thanks, yea I changed the dial 9 short codes to send the LDN to the called party. I'm not getting CLI when my customer is called over there LD T1. I didn't think there would be any programing on my part other than to direct the call via the incomming call route.

    Just installed an IP412 with 2pri T'1s. The local T has DID comming over. The president wants to have a second DID # ring to his ext but on a seperate button (not his own ext appearance). Any thoughts on how to do this? Thanks gq

    Just installed a IP412 with 2 PRI T1's, one local and one long distance. Caller id works with the numbers comming over the local T but not over the LD T. Only # comming over the LD T is an 800#. The display shows the word "Outside" which I assumne is the default when no or unknown...
