I don't think you can get static IP's with Cable Modems? That might be your problem. I would suggest DSL instead of a cable modem. You can get static IP addresses with a DSL connection for sure. Maybe someone else with more experience with cable can answer the question of whether you can get...- RedRum

Controlling Quantity of Attachments Leaving Domain
What if you want to monitor/control the quantity of outgoing attachments from your domain through exchange?
