Excel forumula question.
Thanks Zathras, Basically you gave the the excuse to delv into pivot tables which I simply have not had time to do. I played with them until I was comfortable with the results. There does seem to be many things you can do with them so I'll have to go get a book on them. The next step for me...- TimboBee
