Hi Jason, I'm a newby here, but I seen that you have the same problem I am having. Bulldog finds it everytime I start Kazaa, but my NAV finds NOTHING!!!! Maybe they just want us to buy their software? I am at wits end over it. If you figure it out, maybe you can help me out of the situation...
My problem is that Norton isn't finding it, but Bulldog does when I start Kazaa. It won't allow me to delete the file; Access Denied box keeps appearing. I keep my NAV updated regularly, but it doesn't find anything. Someone please help me. This is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!
