If it looks like a switch, with a router blade, it is hybrid. If the whole gosh darn thing looks like a router, including fast ethernet ports, it is Native. So try a show ip interface brief from the router, and if fastethernet ports show up, its Native. If only VLANs and WAN links show up, its not. -
local account on AS 5200
Try: aaa authentication login default tacacs+ local aaa authentication enable default tacacs+ enable but you have to have a local account already set up and an enable password/secret set. The syntax might be off since I did this on a different router. -
Changing IP address via Telnet on a running router
You can make your changes in a text file, TFTP the file to the startup-config, then reload. You have to be VERY CAREFUL with this, since the only backout is through the console port. A reload is not going to help, since you have changed the startup config. -

There is a bug when running 6509s w/ MSFCs in hybrid mode. The CEF/ARP tables become corrupted, and it takes a clear ip route * to fix the issue. Since you can hit the devices from the MSFC, but not from beyond the MSFC, this might fit your situation. We switched all of our 6509s to Native... -

You are doing NAT on the Cisco, and not on the Linksys, right? It looks like you are double NATing the traffic, once in the Cisco and once in the Linksys. But maybe, since RIP is on, you are learning the 192.168.1.0 network via RIP. Otherwise, the router won't know about the network. My...
