    Can't get rights in a new NW51 server.

    Your problem is users do not have licensed connections to the new server, there is a bug in SP2. You can do step 2 first and see if it work for you have have done it both ways step 1 and step 2 or just step 2 Step 1 you need to go to the new servers nwserver directory delete 3 files...
