Does anyone know of a programme that can be used to administer users. I would like the programme to run in Win98 if possible and of course be free.

We run Proxy Server 2.0 on a Win2K server and at the moment most of our workstaions are Win98. We are starting to get some Win XP stations and I seem to come up with a problem. I can configure them to connect to the internet using Explorer 6.0 OK but I keep getting the ' server not found'...
We want to access the school's email using Outlook / Outlook Express through Proxy Server 2.0 rather than using web mail. Unfortunately I get the 'server not found' error. I have had a 'play' with Outlook and Proxy settings but no luck. Can anyone make any suggestions?

I run a school network with 250+ stations and 1100+ users, the stations run Win98 and the servers Win2K.
My problem - I wish to prevent users logging on more that once at the same time i.e prevent students borrowing logons or prevent users logging on to another machine if they have 'forgotten'...
