At least that's what I remember. I've just fresh installed WinXP and reinstalled NAV. (Had some trouble with the AutoProtect refusing to stay on and the red Error in the Email part of NAV config window - fixed by doing an uninstall using Norton's Rnav2003.exe uninstall and yet another...- SMichaelH
