CR shuts down when attempting to print.

CR shuts down when attempting to print.
We just installed, no reinstalled. I am actually in Crystal reports, when I do a file-print, the little print icon briefly appears on the botton right hand corner, then I'm totally kicked out. The preview button is greyed out when I'm running the report. Hope this is useful info. thanks.- kkh713x

CR shuts down when attempting to print.
I am running Crystal Reports on NT 4.0 now. Previously I was on Win 95. After the change in operating systems, when you try to print something, the whole program shuts down. Has anyone ever ran into this problem? thanks, K- kkh713x
