With 2000 users on a system, with roming profiles, there are a lot of Normal.Dot's to update to default to A4. Does anyone know of an easier way to do this, registry setting etc? I can't copy and paste the Normal.Dot because everyone has custom autocorrect lists.

Is it possible to 'export' the user details from usrmgr to 'import' into a database for reporting. I would like to find an easier way to see who uses what login scripts etc. There is no chance I will be going through all the users to find out. Thanks

Have you tried deleting the mappings for the servers on the secondary WINS server?

It turned out to be a case of to use the generic driver but there are questions being asked about the functionality and whether or not new printers will work etc. It works with Generic driver but not its proper one. Why complain? It works!
