I find the best work round is to create a new folder and place shortcuts to all the applications you want in there (Word Excel etc and anything else you like) Then create new Toolbar and hey presto and new (permanantly minimised) toolbar always available!

Happens when trying to open the report (File/Open or double clicking on icon in Windows explorer), ie cannot get into design view. Report has a lot of very detailed formatting and I am reluctant to have to start from scratch

Using Crystal Reports 8 on an Access97 database to produce form letters. Report worked OK yesterday but on opening now says 'failed to open document' followed by 'read past end of TSLV record' - help!!! (Repair finction in Access does not help!)
