I have office 2003 including Outlook. When I receive emails I receive 3 of the same email. All are addressed to same receiver.
When I look in webmail there is only one email.
Why is my outlook receipting 3 emails and how to stop it.
Any help would be appreciated as with span mail I'm getting...
Thanks Saradine, Sure looks similar error message although not running NT only XP. Not sure it helps although I report nothing unusual happening to PC since I recieved message so assume it a problem not to get too worried about... thanks for your interest

Upon opening XP Windows I recieved he following
C:\PROGRAM1\OPENSIW1\UNINST m 1 .EXE
The NTVD COU has encountered an illegal instruction.

Choose 'Close" to terminate the application.
I chose close but not other issues were encountered.
I have 3 Hard Drives...
I have been running system defragmenter but can't defragment approx 23% of disk.
Files are showing names such as:-

Names ( and variation of same name found some differnent Rp numbers)

I've no further problem with attachments. Suggest it's your isp server being heavy handed on possible virus attachments.
As I've had no problems beyond my example which fixed problem suggest discussing with isp provider. I do know my provider had to alter his setup due to the problems I had...
my problem ended up being an email at my isp, which had been detected as having a possible virus. This email had been stopped by isp and this email was stopping other emails from coming through.
We deleted email and all returned to normal.
Suggest check your email box through web mail and see...

Anti Virus was not installed with new reformat... just in case that was the problem
Tried using the authentican... but server not setup for that so test email (to check settings) failed

Last couple of days have not been able to recieve any emails. Outlook says its receieving emails but they don't arrive.
Use same server with another computer to recieve emails and having not provblems so assume it's my computer.

Well after unsuccessfully running scannow ( i got it to work this time thanks linney) then reinstalling XP and still finding same problem exist's I went over everyones suggestings.
You will be please to know that deleting folder flt was the answer. delete that and all worked perfectly. Yes...

Update.
(1) downloaded and ran spybot and it informed me all ok. - explorer still a no go.
(2) tried start/run/and sfc/scannow. system replied could not run this... think it said couldn't find it.

Anti virus scan (nortons) done with no results... all virus updates already done
Upon open XP and trying to access Internet explorer or explore explorer for files etc my system advises me exploer has crashed and I get following message
