    File Down Limits

    I am VERY new to all this,I had apache 2.? Couldnt get php to work,I went to 1.3 and now my forums work,What my question is...I want to be able to set the max files a user can download at once?...Is this possible? Also how do u get the monitor to work,So so stupid.!!! Thanks! Movin!
