joeri, Thanks for the tip(s). We did finally figure out that it was some kind of network issue. We brought the box to a site which had an active network and hooked it up temporarily. I entered the group name and then entered "local" in the Internet domain name box so that the DNS did not have to resolve the FQDN (fully qualified domain name). I get the following error. "The network location cannot be reached". Is there something else that has to be...- ooteyza
