IViperThread...It's used in the error message. I had never heard of it, but I liked it. So I'm using it for a handle. I have not been able to find any documentation on what it actually stands for.- iviper

I'm having the same problem with the same server configuration. However my package is IIS-{WEBsite directory} not craxdrt. I have found that resetting the webservices (net stop iisadmin then net start w3svc to restart) revives Crystal. A reboot is not needed. Have you had any luck with a solution?- iviper
