Help!! I can't even get to the problems ya'll are talking about because when I try to install EAC 4.15 or 4.65, it goes thru copying all the files and then at the end a box pops up that says "The user has cancelled or aborted the installation", BUT I have done nothing!!! Any ideas...- katblondie
