    Every time I click on the printer icon within Internet explorer to print a web page I get a debug error saying Runtime error do you wish to debug line 92 if I go to line 92 it says oss.rules(1) I cannot print from IE can anyone help please Sam

    Thanks for your answer Have tried re-installing imagehlp.dll and also deleting it but this does not help. Will re-installing NT4 be destructive to the datafiles on the server? and what about exchange's mailboxes? Thanks Sam
