Phaser 749 and "Door:Close" Error
OK, this "thing" in my office hasn't run for quite some time now. Upon start-up, the printer goes thru the diags & initialization with no problem. Then, it pops up the error code: "Door:Close". But, all the doors ARE closed. Does anyone have any ideas about this issue? I know it has to be...- rghanson

Tek 740 and Fuser
I need HELP!!! I keep getting the error "Paper Jam at C" then "Remove the fuser". The paper makes it about half way out of the printer and then jams - over and over again. I've tried cleaning what I can and have even installed a new fuser. Nothing seems to be working...- rghanson
