Pipeline 75 NINDY doesn't work

Pipeline 75 NINDY doesn't work
Serial No. 11621285. This unit was working fine, and one day acted like it lost its brains. If I send a file larger than 1 MB, it errors out. The EF command seems to clear flash. I've downloaded several versions (6.0 and 7.0) of the firmware to the box and I still get that "Pipeline power on...- wkcarr
