hi everyone, for some reason, I am trying to deploy the ePO Agent to 2 particular servers and it keeps saying installation failed for the agents. I checked and I am part of the administrators group for both those servers. Anyone else know what I could do to troubleshoot this further? Leg

Makes sure the agents are up and running. Sometimes for what ever reason, sometimes the service might restart itself, it's happened a few times and sometimes when they restart, they get hung up and end up in starting instead of started. Web agent has to be running as well. Legazy

Good point on the Smartstart. If anything, also go to Compaq's site and drill in to the drivers section. They usually have some sort of special installation procedure to go by so you don't encounter this type of problem. Like updating RAID drivers, bios, etc etc.
