jbuilder 2007 does NOT parse valid GUI forms created by old jbuilder

Windows Error 995 : using MySQL+InnoDb 4.0.17 on W2000
I have the same problem on Windows 2000 and Mysql 4.1.1 alpha. I have large DB (with ~1.7 mln records). Mysql crashes with that error message ("Windows error 995") when I call several "select" queries. -
