    Migration from GW to Exchange 2000

    We are getting ready to do this migration, and have been having a very hard time with it. can someone email me some usefull hints? we are going from gw 5.5 to exchange/outlook xp so far we tried the connector tool with no luck and we tried migrating via pop 3 which seems to bog down our server...
