    I thought that ICF stands for "internet Connection Firewall" that answers your first question. As far as I can see it is not enabled in the connection properties..

    I a m trying to connect a new XP Box to my ol' NT4 PDC to no avail. after searching here and there I finally discovered that the new PC can ping every machine (98, 2k) on my network but can't be pinged ?? I could'nt imagine this !! as far as I can see, IPsec is not enabled, nor ICF. the funnyest...
