    SP6a is the service pack for windows nt4. you can find it here : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0198a468-7c92-4bbc-9a99-a00f626749ec&DisplayLang=en and the file name is : sp6i386.exe personnaly i always install Windows NT4 SP6a in last and i never had problems.
