I had the same problem. It's very annoying. This worked for me. START RUN shell.dll urlmon.dll mshtml.dll Actxprxy.dll Oleaut.dll shdocvw.dll (you have to run these one at a time) This solution, which I got from another thread on this site from a user (PKtips, I believe), worked like magic.- opus125

I had the same problem. However, on another thread on this site another user named pktips (or something like that) listed server dlls that should be registered by running start run (for example)... urlmon.dll His suggestion worked like magic!
