Never mind about dialing out. The user was picking up extension 10 after the call bounced to auto-attendant. She hears dialing when she picks up and thought that the system was connecting her to an outside line. But why the dialing when she picks up?
Hopefully someone can answer this one. I changed the configuration to 4 lines, now the system occasionally picks up line two and dials an outside number! Why would this be occurring? I thought you could not even transfer to an outside extension! Does anyone know what feature would be picking up...
